The Vocational Promotion and Guidance Branch, operating under the Western Thrace
Minority University Graduates Association, organized an event in the field of \u201cEducational
and Creative Drama\u201d with primary school fifth and sixth grade students on Saturday, May 10,
2025.
The first session of the event, which will be completed in two sessions, covered the subject of
\u201cEmotions\u201d.
Esra Moustafa, who received training in educational and creative drama, started her work in
this first session with \u201cAwakening the Consciousness of Being a Group\u201d. She continued with
\u201cAwakening the imagination, body awareness, emotional work, emotional awareness\u201d. The
drama work was concluded with the children expressing the emotions felt during the event.
Children often have difficulty in understanding and recognizing their emotions. At this point,
\u2018\u2018Drama Games\u2019\u2019 come to our help. While we try to help them with their emotions, we also
aim to support their social learning and social skills.
The event ended with the children preparing a card for their mothers expressing their feelings
in writing and drawing on this special day, on the occasion of Mother\u2019s Day.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
