Bu maddelerin b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131 i\u015flenerek kullan\u0131labilse de baz\u0131lar\u0131&nbsp; insan v\u00fccuduna zarar verebilecek \u00f6zellikte olup alerjilere sebep olabilir. Ancak besin intolerans\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu oldu\u011funda ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemi dahil edilmez ve genellikle \u015f\u00fcpheli besinin yenilen miktar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r.<br>Yani besin intolerans\u0131 geli\u015fiminde daha \u00e7ok sindirim sisteminin enzimatik i\u015flevine ba\u011fl\u0131 \u00f6zelliklerin rol oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6ylenebilir. Alerjilerin nedenlerini anlamak i\u00e7in ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sisteminin nas\u0131l \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 iyi anlamal\u0131 t\u0131bb\u0131n s\u00f6ylediklerinin \u00f6tesinde ge\u00e7ebilmeliyiz. T\u0131p, alerjilerin alerjiye e\u011filimli ki\u015filerde geli\u015fti\u011fini s\u00f6yler. Peki, ama neden baz\u0131 ki\u015filerin alerjiye e\u011filimi vard\u0131r? Tam da bu y\u00fczden anne s\u00fct\u00fc ilk 6 ay boyunca tek ba\u015f\u0131na, 6 aydan sonra da anne s\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcn yan\u0131nda ek besinlerle mutlaka verilmelidir. Duyarlanman\u0131n do\u011fumdan \u00f6nce, do\u011fum an\u0131, emzirme s\u00fcresi, tamamlay\u0131c\u0131 besinlere ge\u00e7i\u015f zaman\u0131 veya gere\u011finden fazla hijyenik bir ortamda b\u00fcy\u00fcme gibi \u00e7e\u015fitli etmenlere dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ne s\u00fcr\u00fclse de ne zaman ve nas\u0131l ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 tam olarak bilinmemekte ve hala ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Modern t\u0131bb\u0131n elinde alerjileri tamamen ge\u00e7irecek bir ila\u00e7 yok. Kullan\u0131lan ila\u00e7lar\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00fc, ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k bask\u0131lamaya y\u00f6nelik \u2018\u2018antihistaminik\u2019\u2019 ila\u00e7lar ve kortizon t\u00fcrevleridir. Bu ila\u00e7lar alerjik hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 tedavi etmez, sadece alerjik reaksiyonu bask\u0131layarak sakinle\u015ftirir. Bu ila\u00e7lar ani geli\u015fen alerjilerde kullanmaya zorunlu, kurtar\u0131c\u0131 ila\u00e7lar olsa da kronik olarak devam eden alerji reaksiyonlar\u0131nda ciddi yan etkiler de olu\u015fturur. Alerjilerde ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sisteminin zay\u0131fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu de\u011fildir. Tam tersine; sistem o kadar a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r ki, dengesi bozularak v\u00fccudun birtak\u0131m dokular\u0131n\u0131 yabanc\u0131 doku gibi alg\u0131lamaktad\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca eliminasyon diyetleri de alerjik hastal\u0131klar ve intoleranslardahem tan\u0131 hem de tedavi amac\u0131yla kullan\u0131labilen en etkili y\u00f6ntemlerden biridir.
