Madde de az\u0131nl\u0131\u011fa harcamalar\u0131 kendilerince yap\u0131lmak \u00fczere, her t\u00fcrl\u00fc okul ve benzeri \u00f6\u011fretim ve e\u011fitim kurumlar\u0131 kurma, y\u00f6netme, denetleme ve buralarda kendi dillerini \u00f6zg\u00fcrce kullanma hakk\u0131 verilmi\u015ftir. \u0130lk defa 3518\/ 2006 say\u0131l\u0131 yasa ile ba\u015flat\u0131lan zorunlu anaokulu e\u011fitimi i\u00e7in, az\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n T\u00fcrk\u00e7e-Yunanca e\u011fitimi verecek anaokullar\u0131 a\u00e7mas\u0131na m\u00fcsaade edilmemi\u015ftir.<br>Az\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z 2010 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bug\u00fcne kadar antla\u015fmadan do\u011fan bu e\u011fitim hakk\u0131n\u0131 ileri s\u00fcrerek, az\u0131nl\u0131k e\u011fitim sistemi i\u00e7erisinde \u00e7ift dilde T\u00fcrk\u00e7e Yunanca e\u011fitim verecek anaokulu talebini defalarca dile getirmi\u015ftir. Avrupa Birli\u011fi (AB) i\u00e7erisinde \u00e7ift dilli e\u011fitim veren say\u0131s\u0131z anaokulu oldu\u011fu ger\u00e7e\u011finden de hareketle, hem Lozan Antla\u015fmas\u0131\u2019ndan elde edilen bir e\u011fitim hakk\u0131 hem de Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler \u0130nsan Haklar\u0131 Bildirgesi\u2019nden do\u011fan bir hak olarak az\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bu talebi ivedilikle Yunanistan\u2019\u0131n yetkili makamlar\u0131nda art\u0131k kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k bulmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcm bunlar\u0131n \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda E\u011fitim ve Din \u0130\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Taslak Kanunu ve \u00f6zellikle ilgili Kanunun 2.
