The Vocational Promotion and Guidance Branch, operating within the Western Thrace Minority
University Graduates Association, introduced the profession of “Pharmacy” to high school students on
Friday, November 29, 2024.
Pharmacists Gulden Huseyinoglou and Melek Karabacak participated as speakers in the event. Our guests
started their speeches by introducing themselves. Then, they provided information about the definition of
the pharmacy department and the education provided in the department. They touched on the course
contents and the courses that are emphasized in the department. They also emphasized that those
interested in the profession should know the human body in general, the functioning of the body and the
effect of treatment on the body. Our guests stated that education is an important investment in people and that they will receive the reward of this investment after graduation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The interview ended with questions from the students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
