The presentation was made by high<br>school seniors Ayse, Esma and Eda.<br>The presentation began with the definition of self-awareness. It continued by touching on the<br>negative effects of lack of self-awareness on the individual and the importance of having this<br>awareness. In the last part of the topic, some items were focused on the benefits of self-<br>awareness on the individual and how it can be developed.<br>The presentation continued with the definition of conflict and internal conflict, another topic in<br>its content. By giving examples from daily life about what a person with internal conflict<br>experiences and feels, a few simple methods were discussed to overcome these conflicts. Finally,<br>an event was organized in which all students participated in order to increase and strengthen<br>awareness of the subject covered.
