On Saturday, May 3, a meeting was held at the headquarters of our association with the
participation of Prof. Elin Haf Gruffydd Jones, President of the European Language Equality
Network (ELEN), which operates to protect minority languages in Europe, and Davyth Hicks,
Secretary General, as well as our regional educational institutions and school councils. At the
meeting, the problems experienced in the field of education and how our private and
autonomous school system was dissolved were conveyed to ELEN.
