The Miracle(Mucize) Theatre, operating under the umbrella of the Western Thrace Minority
University Graduates Association, performed at the Kayseri State Theatre on Wednesday
evening, July 2nd.
Turgut Ozakman’s play “Fehim Pasha Mansion” was brought to life by the impressive
performances of the young actors. The play, which received a standing ovation, established a
strong connection with the audience.
Among those who watched the performance were Talas Mayor Mustafa YALCIN, Pınarbasi
Mayor Deniz Yagan, Komotini Consul General Aykut Unal and his wife Ilayda Unal.
The theatre program was made possible with the support of the Kayseri Governor’s Office,
Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality, the Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports, the Talas
Municipality, and the Kayseri State Theatre.
The team stayed at the Erciyes Youth Camp. During their stay in the cultural city of Kayseri,
the team toured the Seljuk Civilization Museum and Ottoman Street, and sampled Kayseri
cuisine. Finally, the WTMUGA Miracle(Mucize) Theater Youth Team enjoyed a guided tour
of Cappadocia, creating some truly wonderful memories.
