A TALK WAS HELD ABOUT THE PHYSICAL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT

The Vocational Promotion and Guidance Branch, operating within the Western Thrace Minority University Graduates Association, introduced the “Physical Education” department for high school students on Friday, November 3, 2023. Serif Mehmetcik, a graduate Department of Physical Education of Trakya University and a professional tennis coach in our region, started his speech by giving information about the
physical education department and its branches. He then gave information about course contents and what qualifications students who would choose this department should have. Then, he emphasized the importance of sports in our lives to be healthy, talked about the social contribution of sports to the person and gave suggestions and recommendations to the
students. Finally, the interview ended with answers to frequently asked questions following information about the fields of study and the equivalence of the diploma.
