On Wednesday, February 18, 2026, elections for the Women’s Branch of the Western Thrace
Minority University Graduates Association (WTMUGA) were held at the association’s
headquarters. All 84 votes cast by the 84 participating women members were deemed valid.
Belgin MOLLA AHMET MEHMET OGLOU chaired the election committee, while Sevgi
MOLLA and Febiha MUSTAFA served as secretaries. After the opening speech by the Head
of the Women’s Branch, Sevtap HINT, the General Secretary Doga KASAP presented the
activity report, and the Treasurer Sabiha ARIF presented the financial report.
The distribution of duties carried out at the meeting held on the same day is as follows:

Vice President: Hedef MUSTAFAOGLOU (43 votes)
General Secretary: Irem AHMET (38 votes)
Treasurer: Zeynep HALIL IBRAHIM (41 votes)
